Services

Paradigm IT Services provides technology consulting, solutions architecture, AI strategy, and managed services. All engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or service agreement.

Intellectual Property

Client deliverables created under a signed agreement are owned by the client upon full payment. Pre-existing frameworks, methodologies, and tools remain the property of Paradigm IT Services.

Confidentiality

All information shared during engagements is treated as confidential. We do not disclose client information, projects, or technical details without explicit consent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica. Any disputes shall be resolved in Jamaican courts.
